If you are experiencing trouble, or would like to request a modification with a software package, or a badge terminal (i.e. Linx, ATS), please contact Technical Services via Telephone, Fax or E-Mail. There will always be personnel monitoring the support lines Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding major Holidays).
If you are having problems with a mechanical or electronic clock (i.e. Amano, Stromberg), please leave a message for our Service Department via Telephone or Fax. The Service Department's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding Holidays). If calling, please leave a message with the problem and a telephone number and a member of the service department will return your call as soon as possible.
