Infrared Thermal Sensor (IRT)

What’s the IRT?

The infrared thermal sensor is one of the fastest and most accurate devices that integrates and easily attaches to the Maximus, PeoplePoint and Stride80 time clocks. The IRT provides an instant thermal readout of an employee’s skin surface.

Once integrated, the IRT could be configured with the terminal to ensure the employee cannot punch in when the thermal readout is outside the preset thermal range. This new infrared thermal sensor helps to reduce the risk of spreading illness within the workplace.

Key Features

  • Integrates and mounts to Maximus, PeoplePoint and Stride80.
  • Could restrict employees from punching in when thermal readout is outside the preset thermal range.
  • Baseline thermal reading is easily established to meet your customers’ specifications.
  • Delivers fast skin surface thermal reading results.
  • Results can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit on the terminal screen as determined by the application.
  • Automatically executed as part of the daily punch process.
  • Eliminates the costs and added staff stress associated with manual skin temperature checks.
  • No additional training required – employees use current process and technology.
