Hardware Service Tracy provides hardware service to contract and non-contract customers through our Service department. Our trained service technicians have years of experience dealing with all ranges of hardware from mechanical and electronic to the latest portable devices and scanners. Technicians are available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Tracy is closed on all national holidays. For non-contract customers service is offered on a fee basis with a minimum of a one hour charge for a particular incident.
