Time & Attendance Overview

In today's competitive environment, management requires accurate and timely access to employee information to minimize costs and boost productivity. Tracy's labor management suite of products is based around UltraTime Enterprise, a premier web-based time and attendance application.

UltraTime Enterprise is the core engine from which a variety of integrated modules communicate. Fully web-based and secure, written in the Microsoft .Net framework with a SQL back end, UltraTime Enterprise Suite is scalable for even the largest and most demanding installations.

Available modules provide all the features necessary for a single point of data entry, automated tracking of leave time usage and balances, including FMLA, employee bonus and disciplinary attendance tracking, job costing, employee self service, overtime equalization, and many other desired functions. A client purchases only the modules that are needed for the features they will utilize, saving countless dollars and simplifying training and support.

A wide variety of devices may be utilized for data input, including fixed mount terminals, portable terminals, telephones, PC and web-based entry screens. These components can be mixed and matched to provide an ideal combination to meet a client's employee time-data collection needs.
