HR Employee Import Module

The HR Employee Import option for UltraTime Enterprise provides an integrated and seamless method to provide an electronic import of the employee HR information from the client's HR software or service. This provides for a single point of data entry, reducing errors and saving time.

Data that is often imported includes the employee's name, payroll number, contact information, home department, pay rate, hire date, address and position. Validation table information can also be imported, including department, job rate codes, supervisors, locations, general ledger charge accounts and status.

The module works with both HR services and software. Basically, any system that can create a CSV file, ASCII text or fixed length file will work. The module can also natively read MS SQL and Oracle files, or use ODBC drivers to read other compliant database formats.

ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Peoplesoft, SAP, Banner, Abra are a few of the common imports in this module. There are many other interfaces, so please contact our sales department to discuss your needs.
