Repetitive Parts Module (UltraPart)
The Repetitive Parts option for UltraTime Enterprise provides an integrated and seamless method to collect, process and report on employee production performance data in addition to standard time and attendance information.
This module is oriented towards companies that have multiple employees performing the same operation on a given part number. The option provides the capability to track the employee's production efficiency compared to production standards for the part/operation and to other employee's performance.
The Repetitive Parts Option produces an Employee Efficiency Report, which is normally run daily. The report provides performance data on each employee, with part/operation, good and bad quantities, actual and net parts per hour and actual and net efficiency. The report maintains an efficiency database, which contains summarized data by part, operation, employee, date and production quantities and efficiencies. The efficiency data base can be utilized in a variety of ways based on the needs of the company. Ad Hoc reports and inquiries may be generated to compare specific parts, employees, date ranges and other criteria. The efficiency data may also be exported to an external spreadsheet for producing graphs and comparison charts.
Repetitive Parts Accounting
The Repetitive Part Option provides a number of data fields for operator entry:
Part Number
The part number is the primary identification field for parts in the system. The field is 12 alphanumeric characters, which may be scanned or keyed at the data collection terminal.
Part Operation
The part operation is an optional field that allows the part to be subdivided into the operations that are required to complete a part; such as weld, grind, de-burr, inspect, paint etc.
Quantity Good
The Quantity Good field provides the quantity produced by the operator.
Quantity Bad
Quantity Bad field provides the quantity rejected by the operator. This value is subtracted from the good quantity for the net efficiency computations.

Flexibility
The UltraPart option may also be integrated with the UltraJob - Job Costing option should it be necessary.
Reporting
Standard reports are available, as well as the ability to generate ad hoc queries using operator selected field ranges and values.
History
Part/Operation Efficiency data is archived at user defined frequencies, but is always available for reporting and inquiries.
