Management Overview Module (UltraView)
The UltraView module provides an innovative, visual calendar approach to employee scheduling and time maintenance. Colored cells highlight the employees that need attention. Red cells denote missing punches or un-excused absences and light blue cells are minor infractions. Employee cells that require review may simple be clicked on to "drill down" into the cell's detailed information. The operator may select from a variety of different period "views", including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and yearly. There is even a special view that spans ten years. In addition, there are tabs to separate the detailed views of hours, absences, schedules and exceptions.
To reduce editing errors and enhance employee familiarity, an employee's picture is displayed next to their name if the optional UltraBadge Video ID Module is utilized.
A unique "Drag'n Drop" scheduling feature allows the operator to select a scheduled leave code and then simply click on the applicable employee cells to post scheduled time off.
Data access can be easily restricted based on a set of configurable parameters. Typically, this is used so a supervisor can only view and edit employees in their department, or for which they are responsible.
Drilling into an Hours cell will display a screen similar to the one shown below. The employee's paid start and stop times, actual punch times, accumulated hours, exception codes, labor charge accounts and audit tracking fields are displayed. Comments may also be added by the operator to any time record.
Selecting a period view of the past 12 months from the Hours tab will provide a summary total of hours by employee for each month. From the partial screen shot sample below, it is easy to see that Joe Danner had 135.75 worked hours and 8 absence hours in September.
