Telephone-Based Data Collection
The UltraAnswer module provides a telephone based data entry system for the UltraTime
system. This module is best suited for organizations that have a small number of
employees at a large number of locations, or in any situation where it is not cost justified
or feasible to have a badge terminal.
The system even has the option to utilize caller ID to verify that employees are calling from an
authorized location. Typical systems will be configured with two or four incoming lines. This module
requires a dedicated PC connected via a local area network to the file server.
Other UltraTime Server modules may also be running on the PC.
