UltraOccr - Occurrence Tracking Module

The UltraTime Occurrence Module allows tracking of employee infractions, such as 'In Late ' or 'Absent' and assign a point value to these infractions. The infractions and point values are both user-defined.

By maintaining these records, an employee's attendance can be rated. This rating may be used when corrective action is necessary in the case of poor attendance, or may be used to provide pay increases, or bonuses, in the case of excellent attendance.

These infractions are managed in the Occurrence Module by the following attributes:

Employee: whose infraction
Type: the type of infraction
Date: the date the infraction occurred
Value: the associated point value

The UltraTime Occurrence Module provides the processing and report tools to create a simple, yet flexible and powerful point tracking system. Since many companies have differing requirements, this module may be used as-is or further developed for a companies' specific policies and rules.
