UltraSelect - Data Security Module
It is not always feasible for companies to have a single person in charge of tracking Time and
Attendance for all of their employees. In cases like this, Timekeepers will need to be assigned
to track specific groups of employees. Allowing multiple timekeepers into a Time and Attendance
system requires there to be enhanced security and restrictions on what data they can view and
manipulate.
UltraSelect is an optional UltraTime module that allows data access to be restricted
based on a set of configurable parameters. Typically, this is used so that a supervisor
can only view and edit employees in the department for which that supervisor is responsible.

The UltraSelect module gives UltraTime the scalability to provide Time and Attendance solutions
from small companies of less than a hundred employees to major corporations with thousands.
